Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

 We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as transparent and fair as possible when it comes to payments and cancellations. Please review the following policy carefully, as details may vary slightly by service type. 

General Policy (All Services)

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they hold your date and allow us to fully commit our time, attention, and services to your special event.
     
  • Any payments beyond the deposit may be refundable, unless otherwise noted in your written contract, and only if cancellation is submitted in writing before the final payment due date   — see Eligible Refund Terms for details. 

Weddings (All Services)

  • Deposit is non-refundable


  • Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event.
     
  • Once the final payment due date is reached, all payments are non-refundable.
     
  • If you're on a payment plan or make early payments, any amount above the deposit is refundable with written cancellation before the final due date.

Event Planning & Coordination (Non-Wedding Events)

  • Deposit is non-refundable


  • Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event.
     
  • Once the final payment due date is reached, all payments are non-refundable.


  • Early or partial payments beyond the deposit are refundable only with written notice before the final due date.

Picnic Experiences (Pop-Up & Luxury)

  • Deposit is non-refundable
     
  • Final payment is due 14 days prior to your scheduled picnic
     
  • Once the final payment is due, it is non-refundable
     
  • In case of weather delays, we will offer a rescheduled date based on availability. Refunds are not issued for weather-related changes.

Hotel Room Decorating

  • Deposit is non-refundable
     
  • Full payment is due 10 days prior to service
     
  • Cancellations made after the final payment due date are non-refundable.


  • A rescheduled date based on availability may be offered if written notification is received 5 days before service date.  Refunds are not issued.

Mirror Photo Booth Rentals

  • Deposit is non-refundable
     
  • Full payment is due 14 days before your event
     
  • Once the final payment is due, no refunds will be issued
     
  • If cancellation is received in writing before the final due date, any amount paid above the deposit will be refunded

Why Deposits Are Non-Refundable

Deposits  secure your event date and reserve our time, services, and resources exclusively for you. Once a deposit is received, we block out your date and decline other booking requests for the same time.   This allows us to fully commit to your event, but also means we may pass up other opportunities and are unavailable to rebook that date in the event of a cancellation. 

Eligible Refunds Request

To be eligible for a refund (when applicable):

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or mailed letter
     
  • Social media messages or comments will not be accepted for refund or cancellation requests
     
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days of receiving your written notice
